887 units sold on April

This April, sales of new homes settled at 887 units, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority or URA. The figure doesn’t include executive condominiums sold this month.

Year on Year new home sales increased by 32.4%, excluding ECs.

April is the fourth consecutive month that showed an increase in new home sales.

According to authorities, the increase in new home sales can be attributed to “attractive new city fringe launches,” including Tembusu Grand (55% of units sold), and Blossoms by the Park (75% of units sold).
